A consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in Paris, a Vice-President of Dresdner Bank and a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in Paris and Frankfurt, he successfully implemented, as a senior banker, the Corporate Advisory business at CACIB, the Corporate & Investment Banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group.
A founding partner of JEB & Associés, he has been contributing to more than?40 Fundraising & Private Placement deals with French and international GPs.
He was appointed Lead Advisor for various equity investments in LBOs (Hermès-Métal, Neopost, Elm Leblanc, Chantemur), Leverage finance/Senior Debt & Mezzanine deals (Arkeon, Sonovision, Spanner Pollux), M&A transactions advising French and German Corporates Vallourec, Penauille Polyservices, Loxam and Ruhrgas as well as Private Equity GPs s such as Initiative & Finance or Alchemy Partners.
He earned an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and is graduated in Corporate Law from the Panthéon / Assas Paris II University.
